Participant testimonial: "After almost three years of pandemic shutdown, I attended my first in-person yoga class today. It was so wonderful to have Monica's careful instruction in a warm, clean, bright, quiet room at Bethany Center. After class, I felt as if I was a desert flower that had just received a long-awaited, much-needed rain shower. I would encourage anyone who is craving a lovely, in-person yoga experience to try Monica's Thursday noon-time class." ~ N.S.

Treading along in this dreamlike, illusory realm, Without looking for the traces I may have left; A cuckoo’s song beckons me to return home, Hearing this, I tilt my head to see Who has told me to turn back; But do not ask me where I am going, As I travel in this limitless world, Where every step I take is my home. ~ Eihei Dogen |
