Outdoor Evening Yoga Take your time winding down the day. All classes start and end with meditation to clear the mind and relax fully into the body while gentle verbal cues offer loving motivation for body and brain. Listen to the birds, watch the sun descend, and open to balance.
|
Outdoor Morning Meditation Gather on a hilltop that overlooks the Green Mountains to reconnect with the natural world. Starting with a short, gentle yoga asana practice to calm the body, guided meditation will assist in dropping the thinking mind to enable a meditative state. Refresh your perspective with a balm for the times by cultivating equanimity with the world and empathy for yourself and others.
